Orders

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email.


Shipping

We are a New Zealand–based brand and ship both locally and internationally.

New Zealand: 2–5 business days
International: 5–12 business days (depending on destination)

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary during peak periods. You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your piece. However, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

If you have any questions about a product and cannot find the information on our website, please don’t hesitate to email or DM us. We are always happy to help.


Product Issues or Faulty Items

Our founders personally check each piece before dispatch. We take pride in maintaining visibility and quality across everything we create.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. Include photos of the item along with your order details.

All enquiries about faulty items must be received within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition and packaging
  • With all tags attached
